We accept Gcash, Credit, and Debit Cards through Paymongo, Paypaland Cash on Delivery.

Delivery: Monday – Sunday, 9 am until 9 pm.

We do same-day delivery within the area of Metro Manila every Monday to Sunday from 9 am until 9 pm.

Do you have retail/ other stores?

Unfortunately, we don’t have it yet, But soon, we will expand our business and we will open our selected physical stores.

FREE SHIPPING for a minimum 2500 worth of purchase

Metro Manila - 100 Php

Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Rizal – 120 Php
Pampanga and Bulacan - 120 Php

Nationwide (Dry goods only) - 300

 

Do you have Refund Policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your items or they are unusable we will issue a refund for the item. You do not have to send the item back to us!

Where do you Deliver?

We can deliver within Metro Manila and Calabarzon. Nationwide delivery is for Dry items only.

 

How do you ship your products?

We use a combination of our in-house riders and third-party logistics such as FXD Express, Lalamove, Grab, and Mr. Speedy.

 

What will happen when I failed to receive my order?

We can arrange another delivery. Kindly message us through any of our social media accounts or email us at papaedailyfresh@gmail.com. We don’t encourage redelivering freshly meat or other fresh items for we ensure the freshness of our goods. Failure to receive fresh goods will result in cancellation.

 

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email or text message.

 

How will I file a complaint?

You can send us a message through any of our social media accounts or you can file a complaint using our Refund Center.
